The High Value Line (HVL) Series marks a new era of highly productive, flexible machining centers bringing high value to volume parts production.

The HVL 50 machining center is a compact unit suitable for standalone, mid-volume agile cell or system use and for high production transfer line applications. It is available in 3, 4 or 5-axis configurations. It is designed and constructed to withstand high cycle production environments. The HVL 50 can be equipped with several production enhancing features such as coolant through the spindle, pallet changer and rotary trunnion. It features a 400 mm work cube capacity, 18.5 kw spindle power and 16-pocket tool changer.

The HVL 80 machining center is a powerful unit particularly well-suited for cast iron and steel parts. It can be used in standalone applications, mid-volume agile cells and systems and in high volume transfer lines. This machine can be configured with 3, 4, or 5 axes. The HVL 80 has a 600 mm work cube capacity, 18.5 kw spindle power and a 25-pocket tool changer. The machine uses robust box way construction which enhances long-term heavy metal removal.

The HVL 500 machining center is a high-speed unit particularly suited for non-ferrous applications. It is equipped with an 18,000 rpm/15 kw spindle and 65 m/min axis rapid travel rate. It can be equipped with several production enhancing features, such as high pressure coolant through the tool, pallet changer and broken tool sensor. The HVL 500 has a 600 mm work cube capacity and 24-pocket tool storage. It can be used as a standalone machine or integrated into agile cells and systems.
