Vertical CNC Machining Centers Ingersoll Production Systems, in partnership with Dalian Machine Tool Group, offers three series and a total of 12 vertical CNC machining centers that are ideally suited for a full range of milling, drilling, boring, reaming and tapping operations.
VDL Series This vertical CNC machine series features high reliability, high precision and high rigidity. It is suitable for machining small-to-medium batches of plate and disc parts. Linear and circular interpolation can be performed during operation. The VDL Series includes six vertical CNC machining centers (VDL-500, VDL-600A, VDL-800, VDL-1000, VDL-1200, VDL-1400A) that can perform various operations like milling, boring, drilling, reaming and tapping automatically in one set up. The VDL-1200 vertical CNC machine is equipped with an automatic table exchanger offering repeatability up to 0.01 mm, with an exchange time of only 45 seconds. CNC rotary tables can be fitted to this vertical CNC machine, providing 4-axis machining capability and, when used in conjunction with a tailstock, offers the additional flexibility of machining shaft type components. The VDL Series vertical CNC machining centers come outfitted with FANUC 0i CNC controls.
VDF Series Similar to the VDL Series, the VDF Series is highly rigid and table, with 50 taper box way design, and featuring high speeds and fast, reliable tool change to bring more productivity to a full range of milling, boring, drilling and tapping operations. The VDF Series, which includes four vertical CNC machining centers (VDF-1000, VDF-1200, VDF-1500 and VDF-1800) come with FANUC 0i CNC controls.
MDV Series Similar to the VDL and VDF Series machines, the MDV Series is built with a geared headstock and rigid box way design for rugged, durable performance. The two vertical CNC machines included in the MDV Series (MDV-55 and MDV-75) feature FANUC 18i CNC controls and drives combined with certified meehanite construction to meet the most demanding requirements.
