A New Beginning

Since our start in 2002, IPS has expanded our knowledge and customer base from our historical transfer lines and automation machines.  Today, we are involved in retooling, recontrolling, designing, and implementing all kinds of standard and special equipment.

2006:  Increased Customer Demand

In October of 2006, IPS leases the former Ingersoll Water Street facility, in order to accommodate increased customer demand.  This increased capacity not only meets our immediate needs, but it also allows IPS to take on very large projects in the future .

2007:  Forming New Partnerships

On April 23, 2007, Global Resource Corporation draws upon Ingersoll Production Systems experience to meet a growing demand for the company's fuel extraction system.  The partnerships grants IPS the exclusive rights to build all future fuel extraction machines, for the next five years.  Global Resource's fuel extraction technology unlocks energy in the form of oil and combustible gas, in a broad range of raw and recycled materials.  The process is environmentally friendly because it produces energy without introducing oxygen, releasing no harmful emissions or other by-products.  The process uses a specific microwave frequency determined through material dielectrics to extract hydrocarbons (the building blocks of oil and gas) from tires, dredge, plastics, coal, oil shale, capped oil wells, tar sands, slurry oil and drill cuttings.  The hydrocarbons are then converted into clean gas or liquid diesel fuel.  This process-called "cracking the hydrocarbon chain"-is performed within a closed-loop vacuum environment in which the system itself uses extracted gas as fuel.  This eliminates the need for additional fuel inputs, and makes Global Resource Corp.'s high frequency attenuating wave kinetics microwave extraction entirely self-sufficient.

2008:  Expanding our Customer Base

A subsidiary of Ingersoll Production Systems, DMTG North America joins the competitive cost advantages for stand-alone machine tools with a legacy of process engineering and system integration from Ingersoll Production Systems. We back this up with global service and support from the largest machine tool builder in China and a network of full servicing master distributors in North America.
